Example - travel from Kansas City to Dallas:

Joe Golfer lives in Kansas City. Joe’s favorite course in Kansas City is Shoal Creek. Shoal Creek is a Golf Rewards course and Joe plays Shoal Creek once a week. One day on business, Joe travels to Dallas and decides to take his clubs with him. He has looked at the Golf Rewards website and found a couple of golf courses he would like to play while in Dallas.

1. The first day in Dallas, Joe decides to play Indian Creek and spends $45 on green fees and cart. Joe swiped his Golf Rewards card and received 45 points at Indian Creek.
Transaction Joe gets 45 Indian Creek points
2. The second day in Dallas, Joe chooses to play Waterchase. He spends $55 and swipes his card to get 55 Waterchase points.
Transaction Joe gets 55 Waterchase points
 
N O T E :
  • Joe must have his physical card with him from Kansas City. He cannot log in with his name or email address, as he will not be found in Dallas.
     
  • The transaction in Dallas will give Joe points at the Dallas courses. Points can only be transferred back to Kansas City on the Golf Rewards website.
 
STEP 2
Transfer Rewards Points earned
back to your Home Area courses

Example - return home to Kansas City from Dallas:

When Joe returns to Kansas City, Joe gets an email from Golf Rewards notifying him that he is eligible to transfer the points he earned in Dallas to his favorite course in Kansas City, Shoal Creek (he has played more than 4 rounds there). Joe logs on the Golf Rewards website with his card number and initiates the transfer of points.

N O T E :
  • Joe can transfer points to any Kansas City course he has played 4 times or more in the last 12 months
     
  • Joe has 6 months to transfer the points from the Dallas courses back to his home area of Kansas City
